Andrew Vasey is the president and founder of Vasey Aviation Group LLC, providing strategic and infrastructure advisory services to private equity funds, airlines and airport operators since 2005. Mr. Vasey has over thirty years of experience with the financing, planning, design, construction and operation of airport facilities across the US, Europe and Russia. He most recently was the senior advisor for the Highstar Capital / Oaktree Infrastructure Fund for the P3’s of the South Terminal at Austin and the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan; and the Chief Development Officer for Aerostar on the $615 million acquisition of the airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he was responsible for transitioning all AIP grants and the PFC collection authority from public to private management.
Andrew’s additional P3 experience includes the New Branson Airport and Paine Field in Everett, Washington. He has managed over $2 billion of airport development programs for airport operators and airlines from the early inception of the program through the planning, design and construction. Prior to his advisory career, Andrew held management positions with TWA and USAirways in the corporate real estate departments
Sarah Beaver is the Operations Director for Vasey Aviation Group, LLC. With a background in national Program Management and Operational Optimization, she brings a unique approach and skill set to the organization. In addition to managing all daily operations for Vasey Aviation Group, Sarah has worked on response development for multiple Public Private Partnerships throughout North America from initial airport analysis to final proposal and presentation. She has managed the procurement process for an innovative Stormwater & Deicing Systems Improvement project as well as multiple start-up airlines. Additionally, she worked on the initial launch of an airport crowd analytics software company including strategic planning, pricing structure development, and market analysis. Sarah was the Program Manager for the P3 redevelopment of the South Terminal at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport from initial proposal to City Council through the first six months of airport operation. This included construction schedule management, Department of Aviation liaison, terminal design, rates and charges strategy, air service development, hiring of airport employees and contractors, concessions development, airline relations, operational readiness, media and public relations, and passenger experience. Sarah performed similar work for another new commercial airport terminal opening in late 2018 and additional airports throughout the country.
Taylor Lindemann joined Vasey Aviation Group, LLC in October of 2014 as a Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Purdue University. With strong knowledge in Aviation Project Management, Aviation Law, Aviation Operations and Aviation Finance, Taylor has brought a diverse knowledge of the industry to the organization. She has been responsible for strategic planning and cost estimation of financial models for a startup airline, as well as managing project schedule development. She’s led the team in completing an Airport Passenger Facility Charge Application through compiling and analyzing airport financials, abiding by FAA codes and regulations, and keeping on time with schedule with submittal deadlines. Taylor also helped assist in strategic planning of a current airport layout reconfiguration and transition of phases, as well as analyzed budget and cost estimation for each phase of the project. Taylor spent the last year assisting in winning an RFP bid for a multi-billion dollar Airport project and is currently helping assist in project management through data compilation and analysis, scheduling and proposals.
